International tourists will pay 30 soles for a day ticket, 60 soles for a multiple or three day ticket but hiking fanatics will have to pay 150 soles for a ticket with is valid up to 30 days. National visitors of the park are due to pay 11 soles whereas local residents pay only 5 soles.

The new entrance fees apply for al national protected areas and national parks such as Tingo Maria, Bahuaja Sonene, Yanachaga Chemillen, Manu and Huascarán. The headquarters of the SERNANP may apply promotional rates in certain periods, with the objective of promoting domestic tourism, in accordance with articles 34 and 41 of Law No. 29408, the General Law on Tourism in Peru.

Not only the entrance fees for the Huascarán National Park saw an increase, some archaeological sites and museums also count with new fares.
